A 10X reaction buffer used for Cas13 enzyme reactions.

Formulation:
Frozen solution of buffer containing: 200mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 500mM KCl, 50mM MgCl2, 1mg/mL BSA.

Sterility:
Buffer passed through a 0.2µm filter membrane and packaged aseptically, and confirmed RNase free.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at –20°C. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
